The majority of the work that a management company does is Administrative. We are behind the scenes running the day-to-day operations so that you get the information you need in a timely manner and your Association continues to function. 

Administrative Management Services
  • Attend all regular Board Meetings and the Annual Meeting
  • Preparation of a Board Meeting Agenda Package one week in advance of the meeting
  • Post meeting agendas in accordance with California law
  • Record and publish the meeting minutes
  • Administer all duties to prepare for the Annual Meeting
  • Maintain the membership roster
  • Maintain and store all files and records of the Association
  • Provide complete documentation to title companies for property transfers
  • Prepare, edit and distribute community newsletters and general community information
  • Respond to homeowner questions in a timely and courteous manner
  • Obtain competitive bids for services as requested by the Board
  • Coordinate and administer clubhouse rentals
  • Distribute and manage pool and tennis court keys
  • Hire and supervise seasonal employees as necessary
  • Coordinate the Architectural Review Process with committee members
  • Monitoring of new legislation, tax rulings and other civil code requirements
