At HAS, all of our managers are certified, either through the Califonia Association of Community Managers (CACM) or the Community Associations Institue (CAI), meaning that a well informed, professional manager will be leading your community. Combined, our six managers have over 80 years experience as community managers, so chances are, we have dealt with the majority of issues facing your community.As a partner in the communities we work in, we use local vendors who stand behind their work. We have no ownership interest in maintenance vendors and pass all vendor discounts along to our associations. Your community's best interests are our number one priority.
