For Homeowners who have set up electronic payments through their personal bank, please read through the document below from Union Bank which will help you make sure your payments are set up correctly and will help you avoid rejected payments and late fees.

If you would like to set up auto-pay through Union Bank directly, to have your HOA dues withdrawn from your specified checking account automatically on the 8th day of each month, please fill out the enclosed form, attach a voided check and mail your completed paperwork directly to Union Bank at the address listed on the form. Online Payments
Homeowners can now use an online portal through PayLease to set up an online account and make payments using a major credit card or e-check (ACH). Click the image at left to visit the PayLease website where you can log in and make your HOA payments.
