Homeowner Association Services’ managers are members of Community Association Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community managers (CACM). Tom Bantz holds both the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations, both national designations. Randy Ritter, Barb Dawson, Brian Ritter, Ryan Bantz and Dave Dawson all hold the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation.
	Tom Bantz, AMS, CMCA Tom is a graduate of Wittenberg University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Political Science. He worked for twelve years in various managerial positions with Procter and Gamble and American Hospital Supply. Tom started his association management career in 1986 and after selling his previous company, started Homeowner Association Services in 1999.
	Randy Ritter, CCAM Randy Ritter joined Tom as a partner at HAS after many years of Operational and Financial management experience with Allegiance Healthcare. Randy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University.
	Barbara Dawson, CCAM Barbara Dawson joined Tom and Randy after eight years with another homeowner association management company. Barbara graduated from San Diego State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science.
	Brian Ritter, CCAM Brian Ritter joined the firm in 2001 after spending time in the marketing and operational fields. Brian has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Arizona.
	Ryan Bantz, CCAM, CPA (Inactive) Prior to joining Homeowner Association Services in 2007, Ryan practiced as a Certified Public Accountant while working in the accounting industry. Ryan is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
	Dave Dawson, CCAM Dave Dawson joined HAS in 2008 after working for Wells Fargo. During his 20-year tenure, Dave was a manager in the home mortgage lending industry. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Southern California.
